What is a split?

The split is a natural development of the price of the promotional tokens increasing in value – due to more packages and bonus being paid out in the system. The promotional tokens split in order newcomers to have the chance of getting their hands on promotional tokens via package and buying promotional tokens from Trading account at a price that is not too high to accommodate members on even the smallest package. If the company does not do the split, we would have to adjust the number of promotional tokens in the packages every 2-3 months and this would not be fair to the old members otherwise.

What are the rules for promotional tokens splits?

As per the official split rules, only tokens that have not been submitted for mining receive a split, with the exception of packages that include automining: Tycoon Plus, Premium, Festival, Infinity, Infinity+ and Ultimate. Promotional tokens that have been manually submitted for mining before the split do not receive a split.

Keep in mind you are eligible for a Start-up bonus every time you purchase and activate a new educational package.

How do I qualify for a Direct Sales bonus?

The Direct Sales bonus is based on the BV generated out of your personal sales. It equals 10% of those BVs.

How do I qualify for a Network bonus?

Network bonus equals 10% and is generated based on the BVs of the weaker leg (the leg with lower BV) of your network tree (not necessarily personal sales). When the Network bonus is generated, the value of the weaker leg is deducted from the value of the power leg. The resulting balance of power leg is carried forward to the next week. Weaker leg BV points are set to zero. What is the escrow period of OneCoins?

You can acquire OneCoins:   * by submitting tokens for mining * by buying them on the OneExchange   In case you acquire OneCoins by submitted tokens for mining, once the Coins have been mined and credited to the OneCoin account, they remain in escrow for a period of 60 business days. Why has my order been declined?

Orders on the exchange are valid for 5 days. If they are not executed within 5 days they are declined.

What are promotional tokens?

Promotional tokens generated for the particular package are promotional ones and give the opportunity for IMAs to apply the knowledge about the cryptocurrency they have acquired into practice. The promotional tokens give access to the mining pools but not guarantee that and how many Coins will be received.

As a member of the OneLife Network, how do I qualify for promotional tokens to mine the OneCoin cryptocurrency?

The OneLife Network has two options for you to obtain promotional tokens:   1) By purchasing a package at the Starter level or higher, a certain number of promotional tokens will be provided. Once the promotional tokens are in mining, it depends on the total amounts of tokens already submitted for mining how long it will take for the coins to be mined. The more coins are mined, the longer it will take to get coins. Due to the great amount of promotional tokens submitted for mining within the last few months, it may take longer for the coins to be mined. The difficulty of your submitted promotional tokens is not changed even if the current difficulty rises.

I earned a bonus. The Bonus has not been allocated to my Cash and Trading accounts.

A bonus is allocated to the respective accounts one week after has been generated. If a bonus has been generated on Monday 01.01 it will be paid out on the following Monday 08.01 at 16:00 GMT.

I think my account has been hacked.

I am using an old laptop. Do I have to upgrade to a more powerful laptop after I join OneLife?

OneLife doesn't require the use of any special technical equipment for all trading and mining practices. The only requirement is to have Internet and a Web browser. You should be able to access your backoffice account through any device and browser. 

How do I see my personal account?

After you log in the OneLife website with your username and password you will access your Backoffice. There you can observe the current status of your personal OneLife development, the growth of your downline, statistics, transfers in your Cash and OneCoin accounts, and others.

What do the sections in my Dashboard mean?

When you log in to your OneLife account, you get access to your Backoffice. The Dashboard is the first thing you see once inside your account. I have already paid for my package. Why have I not received a package upgrade yet?

In order to activate your account we need a payment confirmation from our bank. We receive payment confirmation within 3 to 5 business days after the payment has been submitted. We activate accounts immediately after we verify the payment.

What proof of payment to present that I have paid for my package?

Provide the OneLife Support Team with a copy of the bank receipt where:   * the username * the date * the amount * the type of the package * the ordering (proper) name * our full, valid and correct bank account details are all clearly seen. If I have bought a package and would like to upgrade to a higher education level, what amount do I have to pay - the whole price of the new package or the difference between the price of lower package and higher package? Do I have to pay an activation fee?

If you would like to upgrade to a higher package, you have to pay the whole amount of your new package. Activation fee is only paid once upon the activation of the user. After a member has activated his first educational package he/she does not need to pay the activation fee.

Can I transfer funds from Cash to Trading account and the other way around?

You are not allowed to make internal transfer between the Cash and Trading accounts.

How can I withdraw cash from my Cash account?

You can withdraw from your Cash Account to either your personal bank account or to your OnePay e-wallet.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount required in the OnePay system? Do you apply withdrawal charges?

We have not imposed a minimum amount in terms of withdrawal. We apply a small charge on withdrawal that varies by country.

Do you impose fees on withdrawal from Cash account?

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

An original invoice can be issued only for packages paid by bank wire up to 5 (five) days after the payment was made.
